2026 installed per sq ft: LVP $4–$9, laminate $4–$8, carpet $3–$7, hardwood $9–$18, tile $10–$20. Subfloor repair and removal of old flooring are the common surprise line items. Every default in the fields above is editable — when your supplier’s spec sheet lists a different density, coverage rate or price, enter that number instead.
